An important word on deadlines...
The entire packet should be done by Dec 1. The command endorsement letter should be routed approximately 30 days prior to that, which allows enough time for it to make it through the chain.
Since Sector does not have a full time ESO replacement, LTJG Jeremy Rodrigues, LTJG Sara McPherson, LTJG Joseph Wright, and ENS Felipe Chee will be available to help answer questions and provide guidance.
